Frequently Asked Questions

Delivery - All pieces are hand made to order and are completed within 6 to 10 days. If you need your canvas print or block mount by a certain date then please let us know and we'll make it a priority for you. When completed, your print is delivered to your door by overnight courier.

Sending Images - Please quote your order number in all correspondance and include it with any images you email or post to us. You will receive this number via email once you have completed your online order.

Image File Types - We accept almost any file type (Jpg,Bmp,Tiff,Eps,etc) but JPEG’s are preferable. Please use the best quality setting on your digital camera or scanner, and ensure the image is between 150 dpi to 300 dpi. If you would like us to check if your photo/image can be enlarged before you buy, please email it to us for free consultation.

Payment - Online payments are securely handled by Worldpay, who accept all major credit and debit cards. To pay by cheque, print out our order form, post it to us with your image (or email the image). Cheques should be made payable to DesignerImage Ltd.
