How To Order
Step 1
Pick the Type of Print and Size
Choose your desired type of print and size or any of our optional styles from the above table, click on the ‘Buy Now’ link, and go to the checkout to pay for it. Once payment is received you will instantly receive a confirmation email. Make sure you make a note of your order number, as it’s required when sending us your photo/image via email or post.
To pay by cheque, print out our order form, post it to us with your
image (or email the image).
Cheques should be made payable to DesignerImage Ltd.
Step 2
Send your image - Please quote your order number in all correspondance and include it with any images you email or post to us. You will receive this number via email once you have completed your online order.
Digital Photos/Images
We accept digital images, which can be emailed to us at sales@designerprint.co.uk or
by completing our online order form. If your email account does not
allow attachments you can use YouSendit.com a
free and easy to use system to send images upto 1GB. Please include
you email and order number on the YouSendit.com page.
Please state the filename of your image when you order.
We accept almost any file type (Jpg,Bmp,Tiff,Eps,etc) but JPEG’s are preferable. Please use the best quality setting on your digital camera or scanner, and ensure the image is between 150 dpi to 300 dpi. If you would like us to check if your photo/image can be enlarged before you buy, please email it to us for free consultation.
Hard Copies
For hard copies that you would like us to scan, please print out our online order form and fill out all fields. Include it with your photo/image in an envelope.
Step 3
Once we receive it, we will check it meets the size requirements and begin printing. If it isn’t high enough in quality to meet your required size or requires heavy cropping, we will contact you immediately and send proofs if necessary.
Step 4
When completed, your print is delivered to your door by overnight courier, to ensure it does not get damaged in the post. Poster prints are dispatched within 5 workings days, and are rolled into a postal tube. Stretched canvas prints and block mounts may take up to 21 days to deliver, and are carefully bubble-wrapped.
Canvas prints and block mounts come ready to hang, and we are certain you will be delighted with them on display in your home for years to come.
